I got another tip for the permissions: If you don't have a "myTeamSpeak"-account and don't want to drop your permissions after switching the PC you can export your ID. Tools -> Identities -> Local Identities -> Right-click your identity -> Export With the other/new pc you can just import the file and select the identity
