I'm still not convinced that Microsoft intends for the Xbox One to go heads-up with the PS4. The way it's been presented has been "Its an entertainment center that can play games too", as if they're aiming to take the living room rather than just the core gamers market.

Pretty much what Proto said. It'd be nigh-on impossible to properly regulate/enforce TAW regulations in such a emotionally/politically charged environment such as EVE. Let's be honest, you get outside of the High Sec areas it gets downright brutal.

There was a WCS EU Qualifier match PvZ with one round that went 60 minutes, IIRC it ended up as a army v. army fight because resources ran out.
