Atago is the best Tier 8 ship (along with the Tirpitz). I'd recommend it.

As ComJ said, never be afraid to speak your mind about things. One of the great things about TAW is things aren't set in stone. If you don't like something, are unsure of something, or just have a general question, your CoC is always there for you. We would be happy to listen to any suggestions you have and work towards some way of either implementing
