So I am a bit confused here. All of the VG staff that has chimed in say to use the new system. But Army Command is saying to continue using TAW.net emails. So is the requirement to do both, or just one or the other? Seems this should have gone through the proper CoC before being posted so everyone is on the same page, and there is no confusion.

I know during my years in Vanguard, I can't recall any issues with these emails getting to where they needed to go by emailing the CoC. That being said, I like simplicity in processes, and can see where this would make it easier. One question I do have is why not make it even easier and make an email that copies in the VG divisional staff as well
