Hi there, If you go to this link http://taw.net/units/ and find the game unit you wish to apply for, you will see listed a Division Commander and/or Division Officer for that unit. All you need to do is click on the name of the Division Commander to go to their TAW profile, and click "Message Member" as shown in this screenshot to send them

For anyone viewing this from a different division than Crossout, you may find that your division has different holiday times, for instance the break period for Overwatch is DEC 19th till Jan 2nd, with our first mandatory event on Jan 6th :3 Sorry to barge in on the post, just thought I would clarify for those who reads the forum section at the bottom
