Oh and the expansion better bring some new proper PMC character models to play as. One of the better looking factions from A2 so they better bring those over.

Can't say too much on the expansion since they themselves didn't reveal to much on that. But the 3D editor to make scenarios seems like a really cool idea, and i'd like to get my hands on that. New flight and gun physics as DLC. Not too sure about this. I wonder what they have planned for the guns with that though. As for the helicopters

There wont be a subgroup for Dayz within the arma division as it is technically a different game now. Even if it is based on the arma engine. But if you would like to play with some arma guys I know there are plenty of people in the division who actually play it. The best thing you can do is drop down into our TS channel once in a while and ask around

This does help quite a bit. Now I only tested this with flying around on Altis through the editor. But before I added this line to the launch option the fps while flying around dropped often. So far when I fly around now it seems to be a stable 50-60 frames for me, but again this is by myself in the editor and no AI. With graphics settings mixed between

I started myself on the center of the island on the airbase and flew towards the city on the west coast of the island. And that was roughly 12 kilometers away. I'll just add some Arma 2 files into a Arma 3 mod folder to myself the A-10 and AV8B. All I really want right now from Arma 3 is that darn Altis map (which looks amazing). Stratis is alright and all it's just too small for my liking and not varied enough when it comes to scenery. And it's underwater cave is too small aswell.
