Yep, this is a known bug that unfortunately there is no fix for. The database is extremely wonky and does silly things like that. Just another reason we hope to have TAW 3.0 ASAP...

It may or may not sound better or worse depending on your phone too. Sounds just fine on mine, but of course it's nothing like desktop speakers/headphones. I would definitely not advise you to go the route of Sager/Clevo and especially not from Xotic. I'm still pretty salty over how they treated me when they got my order wrong. They never did correct it, just kept ignoring me. The one redeeming quality about Xotic is that the tech guy who helped me in getting this piece of junk fixed was actually helpful

Just a note to anyone wondering, the email you should add to your contacts is no-reply@taw.net. The dash is important! That alone will fix most of the issues with the emails going to spam.
