• Cool tip: how to spot stationary observers

Moving observers are easy to spot but stationary observers seem almost impossible to see. Here is a good "trick" : if you zoom in and out, a stationary observer will ripple against the background as if they are moving.

Hey breath, I found a small bug. For some reason, I think the protoss armor upgrade icon is showing up instead of terran upgrades. In this game ( http://sc2replaystats.com/replay/97485 ), I researched cloak for banshees and infernal pre-ignitor but both show up as protoss armor upgrade 1. Just a heads up if you have time. And I like how you just click

Great job, Breath! Everything looks really good. Thanks for taking my suggestion and for being a part of this community! If I think of anything productive, I will suggest it here. Cheers

All great points :] I would also like to add that it's more pleasurable to type on mechanical keyboards than regular keyboards. Really, the only part of your computer that you touch all the time is probably the keyboard/mouse. It won't improve your sc2 skills very much to get one, imo, but most people would not go back to soft dome keyboards

Hey no problem guys, I hope I helped a little bit. I don't think the CM Storm Quickfire Pro is worth it either, but I'm just not a fan of backlit keyboards. However, I think the Quickfire Rapid and Quickfire Stealth is awesome and completely worth it. Neither of them are backlit and are top quality for a decent price.
This is a very important subject for me too. Do you know any specialized site where different pieces of peripherals are reviewed? In about two months i`ll spend some money on new hardware and accessories and i`m starting to look around.
There really isn't a great professional authority in this niche market

I would also highly reccommend CMStorm Quickfire series. The quickfire rapid and quickfire stealth are both made by the same factory as Filco keyboards [widely regarded as the "best" by keyboard enthusiasts] but are $60 cheaper. They are also easy to find in the US. They are also sold on amazon so are backed by a great return policy. You will

  • Re: "The Core" Custom Hotkey Setup - efficiency and convenience as a principle for hotkeys

Great write-up, Lyu! I love the idea: that the buttons we use most (hotkeys) should be the most accessible and we only really need a few keys for abilities. I am curious to try it, since I never use the camera hotkeys partially due to their location and I do mis my hotkeys frequently, however, I don't think I have the dedication to learn this setup
