TAW has its own Twitch channel you can stream on as well. You can sign up for a time slot here . However in order to stream on the channel you need to go through our workshop first. Depending on the amount of streaming experience you have it can be pretty quick but it usually doesn't take longer than 45 minutes max. You can sign up for the workshop

TSO uses use google drive for our document storage and I use trello on top of that to manage the tasks I need to do. Trello works more or less just fine so long as you aren't doing to much Project management stuff. However if you do want an actual project management software I believe the industry standard Asana has a free tier now for up to 15

Great idea however its way to late to start planning it now. I have helped run extra life streams for the past 3 years and I started my planning months ago. In order to do something on the scale of TAW and have it be a quality and good extra life stream would require months of planning. As you can see by the guidelines cherry linked it requires a lot
