I like when people get interested in this topic. Actually this is my field of research, namely impact of video games on cognitive abilities. I can say that this is such a fascinating field. The complexity of cognitively demanding tasks that various video games are focused on really seems to stimulate our brains unlike traditional "brain boosting"
