Re: Cleveland Build for Team Battles

While I only have a 14 point Captain on my Cleveland Captain, here are the skills I use. With this build it boosts the AA up to 78 unflagged and 81 with the "Clear sky's" flag. This works great for screening BB's and aiding CV's for AA support.

Sunday Morning Chappy Krakky
