Note: Browser Compatibility - Certain aspects of the current TAW website are known to not work properly with some browsers and due to the time and resources needed to fully facilitate these users we are unlikely to resolve all issues. We therefore recommend that users instead use Mozilla Firefox if issues arise that the below fixes do not solve.

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. (Firefox and Internet Explorer shortcut: CTRL+Shift+Delete)
Make sure no other browser pages are open when doing so, then restart your browser after.

Verify that whatever you’re trying to access is something that you should be able to access. Guests to our website have very limited rights. The only things a guest with no account can do is view our public forums, view blogs, view a couple select wikis and apply to a game. If you have an account that has not yet applied to a game you will have these same rights, but you will be able to post to our public forums.

If certain features of the website are unavailable like post buttons and such, you're probably not using a compatible browser. Use Firefox or Chrome.

Can't sign up for a game or log-in? If none of the above solutions work, this is likely an issue with your anti-virus blocking TAW's secure pages. Try completely disabling your anti-virus temporarily, then restoring it once logged in. This problem is commonly reported with Avast, but is not exclusive to it.

Want to re-join us after a discharge or rejection? Check out this page for info on how to get reinstated if discharged. If your account was previously rejected you will either need to re-apply with a new call-sign or request your old account be deleted by contacting us.

Looking for the TS password? Please wait for contact from a drill instructor. If you're an older member returning, contact a current member that you might know or ask whoever will be reinstating you. We will not give the password out via the forums, that defeats the purpose.

Common Guest Account Issues:

• Guest accounts (accounts that are not signed up for a game) lack a profile page. This is working as intended.
• Guests cannot see the profile pages of other members. This is also working as intended. Once you have signed up for a game, you should then have a profile page of your own and be able to see profiles of other members.
