TAW 1st annual Incrementum

We are starting a first of many TAW Incrementum's to encourage growth, and a little competition within our great community! This is not your normal recruitment drive, we are challenging you, your Division, and your Corps to increase the number of members, and get a little bling during the process as well.

The TAW Incrementum will take place from October 6 - December 31. At the end of the event:

• The top 5 Divisions with the highest percentage of growth will receive special tabs for the entire Division.
• The Corps with the highest percentage of growth will receive a Medal, and special Tab for every member within that Corps.

General Rules:

• Every Division may participate in this event (Vanguard teams - see below).
• Total growth will be based on percentage of your starting member base.
• At the end of the event, REC’s must have attended at least one Mandatory event will count towards percentage growth.
• Winning Divisions may nominate a VIP member for a Grand Prize Raffle - honorary CIC for a Day.
• Inactive members will not count towards your Division/Corps total growth.

Vanguard Qualifying Rules:

• Vanguard teams must be tier 2, and have 30 members to qualify.

Quick tips to help with Division growth:

• Get those bootcamps completed!
• Bring ‘em back! Contact former members and get them reinstated.
• Internal recruiting competition within your own Division.
• Contact Recruiting Division for additional ideas, refer to their “Teaching Hut” for quick tips

If your Division is already doing a recruiting drive at the beginning of TAW Incrementum, no worries! The new growth that your Division gains after Oct 6th will still count towards this drive as well.

Winners will be announced at the annual TAW All Hands Meeting, held at the beginning of 2020.
