Operation Team Build

Greetings to all of TAW,

We in the 6th Corps would like to extend an open invitation TAW Wide on an operation we like to call "Operation Team Build". This is a three part operation that will offer TAW Growth, Getting to know each other & es·prit de corps.

Operation Team Build

Phase One

• Spreading the word
  • Post on the Game sites forums and talk about TAW. Recruitment threads are good for this.  
  • Keep it active daily. (Get TAW related talk going in these posts such as recent missions, raids, OP Kills etc) 
  • Have different members talking in those forums
  • Signatures on Forums is also a way to post your support, and you wont necessarily have to talk about TAW just post wherever you want and have your signature seen.
• Upvote TAW on top clan sites.

Phase Two

• Start to get to know other gamers during your off time from your current Division activities
  
  • Join other games in TAW
  • Spend time getting to know others outside of your current division and get a fresh aspect on other games
  • Make more friends overall
• Help each other build numbers where needed
  • Help recruit when you play these games.
  • DI's learn about other boot camps within the Divisions of another game you play. (never know when they late night recruit gets online and the need of a DI is there)
  • Make online friends and show them what TAW is about
  • Be active in each others forums on their perspective game sites.

Phase Three

• Invite others to come play your game during their down time.
  • Look over team speak when you can to see if someone is alone in a channel.
  • Offer some fun in game play with them 
  • Join up with more then one game
  • Make more friends then you thought you would

If we do this from now to March of 2014, we could very well see an advancement in membership.
