Welcome to another edition of Vanguard Newsletter, our monthly update to bring you any new information about games in Vanguard. If you have any comments, questions or concerns regarding any of the games, or this post, feel free to contact any of the Vanguard staff.
The Recruiting Division has been and will continue to host once every month a Recruiting Class. The class is hosted by one of their recruiting masters where they go through their three main recruiting strategies - forum, direct messaging, and in-game. Their main focus is to spur discussion during and after the class by sharing each other's recruiting efforts and hopefully discover other ways to grow our numbers in TAW. Watch your TAW homepage for dates and time for the next class in February. The Recruiting Division is always open, so feel free to pop into their channels up in Vanguard to chat. AOE II DE: February Newsletter
The AOE Division is hard at working recruiting and creating events for its members, and a name for TAW in the Age of Empires community. The Team, Wololo Warrios, comprised of MrMonty and ECOWarfare, won The Prentos LECOC AOE 2 DE Tournament, and are aiming to repeat their success again down the road. They both have been awarded the Bronze Star for their efforts and dedication to the team. Congratulations to them and the AOE Division.

HeraklesDerThird - Promoted to HDI over the newly reopened OC Battalion
MrMonty - Promoted to DI over NA Battalion

The Division also hosted a 1v1 tournament, and extends congratulations to PlusNomad and Stratrebel! After a month-long series of 1v1 matches, were first in the Group Stages and then in the playoffs, Stratrebel has arisen as the Feudal Cup Champion, and PlusNomad is the undisputed victor of the Castle Cup.
Weekly coaching Classes are hosted on Wendesday Nights, to teach build orders and strategies with the game, and Scenario nights are hosted on Sundays, where RPG scenarios or Diplomacy type games are played out.

Squadrons Division has been busy with setting up events and recruiting. Members have also taken up positions to help the Division more. They have also been participating in community run tournaments, and are making a name for themselves there.
