Arma III 50% Off in the Steam Store
It's one of those games, isn't it? You can't pick it up immediately, it's not something you're used to, and it pretty much requires a decent community to make it work.
The amazing thing is that this is exactly what we have right here in TAW. Over the past few months we have built our NA and EU battalions to an impressive level, resulting in a huge range of skills across the division. Every single Sunday and Tuesday each battalion plays missions that were designed for the battalions, by members of the division. And near enough every time these are brand new. Isn't that amazing?
On top of this, we have a mod pack that allows our mission creators to express their creativity in a way that Arma III on its own would not allow, using content made purely by the wider Arma community. Isn't that amazing?
The teamwork, the strategy, and the hard work that goes into making this happen is simply astounding. Arma is a game that was build for a community like TAW, and boy do we make it work for that purpose! Everyone has their job, and every member has a squad that they're proud to be part of. Working tirelessly to be the best at what they do, and to improve their skills in game. The training team work to make sure those skills are put to the test in custom designed mission settings, the recruiting office puts out a custom build in-game bootcamp to ensure that our new recruits feel at home, and the MISDEV team work with each other to build the very best content for our players. Isn't that amazing?

With a game like Arma III it's important to make sure we get the best of it, and it's open to anyone. So if you're in a different division, but you have a free Tuesday or Sunday, just drop in beforehand, install our modpack and play with us. It's a great way to get out there and experience all that TAW has to offer.

For new folks that need the mod pack to play during practices, you should download it a day in advance of the practice you want to attend. It quite large and packed with awesomeness!
