What is Master X Mastere?

 

Master x Master is a free to play action MOBA developed and published by NCSoft set in the NCSoft universe. The game features characters from WildStar, Blade and Soul, Lineage, and every other NCSoft title. Unlike League of Legends and DotA 2, Master x Master allows players to play 2 heroes, called "masters" at once with the ability to tag between them at will. The combat is fast paced with WSAD controls and has a high skill cap. In the video above, I showed off the 3v3 mode as well as the 5v5 game mode. Gameplay is broken down between PvP and PvE. The game has a pretty robust PvE system where players can run through various instanced stages alone or with a party (similar to stages in games like HeroWarz, Vindictus, etc).

 

Master X Master Key Features:

 

Keyboard Controls – not just another point-and-click MOBA. Players must use the WASD to move and manually aim all skill shots and auto attacks.

 

PvE Missions – explore over 25 maps and dungeons with five difficulty settings to unlock new characters, runes, materials and earn achievements.

 

Tag Team Action – chose two characters for each match and swap between them at the click of a button!

 

Multiple Competitive Game Modes – choose from Combat Training (Team Death Match), Point Control (Base Control), and Ruins of the Titan (Classic 3-lane MOBA)

 

Mini Games – improve your twitch mechanics by playing quick mini-games including Laser Dodging, Bullet Mode, and Racing.

 

All-Star Cast – play as characters from popular NCSoft MMORPGs including Aion, Blade & Soul, WildStar, Lineage, and Lineage 2.
