Battlefield 4 Farewell event and 24 hour livestream!

The Battlefield Division will be hosting a farewell event in celebration of the official launch and transition towards Battlefield 1. The event will be held on October 20^th, at 9 PM EST, 6 PM PST, 2:00 AM CET, and will be a Conquest Large on Siege of Shanghai, the first map to be played by the public and appropriately last by TAW. There will be also an officer hunt following the first match, in which certain members of the staff team, as well as a few others, will be hunted down for their precious tags. If you are an officer interested in joining, please be aware.

The event is open to all members within TAW, as well as any interested outsiders. We have sent formal invitations to the event over the past week in order to secure the presence of special guests we would like to be there. Please check your email in such case and reply back ASAP. For any TAW member who wishes to participate, they can do so by signing up here at this link. This will help us make a count of players and allow us to create teams and balance them beforehand. Once you sign up, I will contact you to confirm your spot, so please keep an eye out on your email.

The event will be live streamed in spectator mode, and thanks to our friends at TSO, the match will be view able on the TAWTV channel, to which you can follow here. Following the Farewell event, we will be having a 24 hour live-stream hosted by a couple of the Battlefield staff in celebration of the official worldwide launch of Battlefield 1. We encourage members to come into the Battlefield 1 channels and play alongside the streamers, they will require your energy and fellowship.

To thank members for their time playing/watching the entire event, we will be giving out a copy of Battlefield 1 for a lucky participant or viewer of the farewell match, as well as the 24 live stream. This will be raffled to a randomly selected person. Any participant of the farewell match will receive 5 raffle tickets in advance, while viewers of the event as well as the 24 hour live-stream will receive a raffle ticket for every 30 minutes of watching the stream. At the end, there will be a draw and a winner will be announced. The more you watch, the more tickets you get for the drawing. (Please note that previous tickets you have on the TAWTV Channel will not count towards the raffle).

P.S : Origin allows its users a 7 day full experience trial of Battlefield 4. If you are a member who wishes to join, but does not have access to Battlefield 4, this is a good way to obtain it for the match. The server in question will be cuztomized in such way that all unlocks of guns and equipment will be available for members.
