2012 TAW Leadership Development
Us here in OS, are hungry for leadership news. CiC election is coming up, and its the hot news at the moment.
But we also want to hear, about the guys further down on division level, and i guess it all comes down to one question.
What do you plan to do in 2012 to develop the leadership underneath you?

Not that I'm in a position to say anything about myself, but something depicted in "We Were Soldiers (Once, and Young)" always comes to mind.
Lieutenant Colonel Hal Moore told his men that each should learn the job of the man above him, and make sure that his own was understood by the man below. Good sense, hooa?
