I look forward to more bits'n'pieces about how to improve your division/battalion/team in future editions - Hope there is something planned in that direection :)
Hey I'm glad at least one person read it. There's a lot of years of team building packed into the two articles. I have a pile of articles covering different aspects and will continue to publish them here as long as they will have me. :D
