DC of OPS SUP steps out

Kinare has decided to step away from TAW. Many of you may or may not know, but she has single highhandedly created the best support system for our members ever known. [no kidding]. The volume of support tickets is mass and she [and her staff she trained and built] has managed it greatly. The "Back end" stuff that Ops does is immense and SUP is large large part of how we support our members and community. Since she took over SUP, the support to our community has evolved and developed into one of the best ever...and for that we thank her.
