GFX Recruiting!

Greeting to everyone,

It’s my pleasure to say that Graphic Division is from now on looking for recruiting around 15 members which will join us and help us with our projects.

We are looking for full-time members (require transfer to GFX) with some kind of graphical/design abilities to re-start making custom avatars for members of the community. One of the tasks GFX have is making sure that SHOP has all sort of designs. In future, we will also provide help and support with designing our new TAW website. GFX is searching for members which have time, will and motivation to help the community in all kind of ways.

As for now, our first priority is to build up the numbers and start working on avatars and shop designs. As a side activity, GFX also helps NEWS and TSO by providing the content for blogs and streaming (e.g. banners, backgrounds, twitch overlays, content for recruitment and tournaments).

What GFX, for now, can offer you is a place where you can learn and perfect & practice your graphic abilities, a place where you can help a wide range of divisions and in that way contribute to our community.

Requirements to join GFX:

1. Must be at least 18 years old. (May be lowered for max. 2 years depending on your graphic skill)
2. Must be in TAW for at least 4 weeks, must also be minimum of PFC (May be irrelevant depending on your graphic skill )
3. Have or obtain the Security Awareness Badge
4. Require transfer to GFX division
5. Be proficient at one of the following skillsets: (Graphic Design/Product Design)
6. Be able to complete things on time at any given moment
7. Be able to improvise
8. Have the right mindset to work with other members
9. Must have sufficient skill & knowledge of TAW's Code of ethics & policies
10. Only apply if you have the time to dedicate yourself to TAW's graphics department.
11. We work in photoshop by default, therefore we cannot assist or help you with other programs, so have a solid copy of photoshop.
