Calling all Pokemon Masters! - August 18

TSO and SOCOP are joining forces to create the very best August teamspeak event!

The TAW Pokemon league is now open on August 18th @ 9pm CEST/2pm CST. We are inviting all pokemon trainers to test their might and see who the best trainer in TAW is.

For the tournament we will be using Pokemon Showdown which is a free Pokemon battle simulator. The format for the tournament is a triple battle using non legendary pokemon from Kanto (see below for the full rules). It will be a single elimination tournament played on the server linked here.

Feel free to practice for the tournament anytime - servers are now open! Sign up for the tournament here and good luck to all the trainers out there.

One thing to note is that this is the official TAW server, but it is open to the public, so randoms will end join from time to time. Also, the server will only be open until the end of August. Depending on the interest level, we may keep the servers open; meaning anyone from TAW can play on the official pokemon showdown server here.

• Only pokemon from the original 151 are allowed

• No legendaries

• Gen 3 stats and movesets

• Triple battle format

• 5 minute per side battle timer
