New Steam interface update!

The new steam interface update is a major overhaul of the desktop client, the in-game overlay, and the web browser. It aims to unify the codebase across different platforms, improve the user experience, and add new features and functionality. Some of the main changes are:

• A refreshed UI with new fonts, colors, menus, and dialogs.
• A new toolbar in the in-game overlay that allows users to customize and pin widgets, such as notes, videos, and websites.
• A new notes feature that lets users write and save notes in the cloud and access them across devices.
• A new notifications page that shows what your friends have bought or played lately, and who among them plays or wishes for a game.
• A new aggregated news page that lists all available channels for easy reading, viewable as headlines or full stories. Each game also has its own news channel in the library and the overlay.
• A new achievements display that shows recent accomplishments in the library and the overlay.
• A redesigned downloads tab that shows a game icon and a download bar at the bottom of the client.
• Hardware acceleration for Linux and Mac users to make the client comparable to the Windows version.
