Phoenix and TAW University are recruiting
Phoenix Corps are looking for dedicated and ambitious members to join our team
The Phoenix Corps exists to serve the TAW community. Phoenix’s purposes are two-fold, firstly; As the Name implies, we strive to give rebirth to games who are struggling to maintain their viability here within our family. 2ndly, Phoenix supports TAW’s current and future leadership needs. Phoenix will offer both introductory and advanced class instruction for leadership through TAW University. Phoenix will document, maintain and develop new media, supporting Leadership as TAW’s needs change.
We have both EU and NA positions open, the criteria to join is:
- Minimum of 5 months active in TAW
- Held an NCO position before
- Working knowledge of Google documents (Or willing to learn)
- Interested in personal development and joining training sessions within TU
- Hold TAW’s Code of Ethics and present themselves with a positive attitude
- Must be a team player and want to support all divisions within TAW

TAW University
Interested in training, recruitment or position classes? Come join TAW University!
In TU, you will be responsible for holding position classes for members of TAW, and will also have the chance to help develop current and future leadership of TAW as a whole, by helping to develop leadership tools, skills and traits necessary for effective leadership in the community.
You can also develop an understanding of other roles within TAW you may not be as familiar with, and in time help deliver classes. Not only hosting classes, in TU you are able to interact with a variety of different games and divisions; meet new people; and learn about other areas within TAW you might not have seen.
