Over the last 11 months of our existence as Phoenix, we have had the pleasure of meeting, discussing and working with many of TAW’s finest, listening to their feedback, their needs and wants, and using all this information to create guides, documents and videos on various aspects of our own community. We’ve taught basic and advanced leadership skills, automated admin work, streamlined aging tools and facelifted old guides.
But, just making all of this is not enough if you fine folk are not aware of what it is that we have to offer, so the first mission of our new discussion platform is to be able to present and inform you all about the work that’s already been made for your convenience!

Any member of TAW, from the greenest of recruits and all the way to our lovely CIC MaverickSabre is free and highly encouraged to attend! Nobody is too old or too wise to participate.
A forum post will be created 1 week prior, opened for suggestions and submissions of questions.
Forms will be accessible for all who want to submit questions.
The meeting will be advertised in Teamspeak & on the TAW wide discord.
An optional event will be available on the website.
This meeting will be taking place on the first Saturday of every month starting from August!

The format of this meeting will be the following:
- 15 minutes of our lovely Phoenix moderators presenting a tool, a guide or a video that we have worked on very hard for you.
- 15 minutes of going through the questions and topics that were asked or submitted before the meeting’s start (via forum or a question form).
- 30 minutes of open Q&A and free discussion over anything TAW related, with a focus on learning about TAW, administration tools and developing individual leadership skills.
Each of our meetings will be composed of at least one TFO of each division (PX and TU), other PX and TU members and all of the attendees.
