2nd Bn Staff changes

Since I have stepped up as the new DO for the QW Division,after almost 3 years as CO, there was a need for a new CO in the 2nd Bn and there has also been some changes in the staff due to RL issues.

The new staff in 2nd Bn QW Division is as follows :

CO: zerrro

XO: will be announced shortly

SO: Wackocat

FS: Runeforce ( has done the BFE ( Battle For Earth ) XVIII, running the Holiday Havoc and in progress with BFE XIX that will start in the beginning of 2012.
