Greetings TAW,

If I feel someone has done something wrong or messed up, I will call them out on it, be it in a mail or a chat in TS. It’s nothing personal but is part of who I am. Some of you have experienced that, some of you probably in all honesty wanted to smash my teeth in for it but I do it because I care and want the best for TAW and want to keep standards high.

The flip side of this is giving recognition to those that really deserve and have earned it.

Therefore after getting approval from the relevant chain of command I would like to award the Medal of Excellence to Abnormalskillz.

Was responsible for my wonderful avatar, and at least one other in my Division, a great asset to TAW. Well deserved!

Thank you KC, someone needed to say it. AbnormalSkillz you go above and beyond for TAW on a daily basis. You are truly deserving of this medal and more kudos than we can offer! Congrats on a well deserved medal!
