New PIA in Vanguard

Hello TAW,

I have recently been selected as the new Public Information Administrator(PIA) in Vanguard and felt I would write a small introduction for those that have not yet met me. My In game name is Dr Fajitas, I'm 27 years old and currently live in South Carolina. I'm engaged to be married next month (oh boy) and work in telecommunications. I've been an avid PC gamer for the last 15 years dating back to Delta Force 2. I've been in the clan scene for a while, I joined my first clan back in 2003 in Delta Force Black Hawk Down upon it's release. I've played mostly Delta Force/Call of Duty/Battlefield franchises for majority of those last 15 years with a little Overwatch and League of Legends on the side as well. I enjoy streaming as well when I have the spare time to do so.

I joined TAW on July 15th, 2016 in the Overwatch Division. I loved Overwatch upon release and played it quite heavily for the first 3 seasons. I started out as a Training Instructor (TI), then Training Specialist (TS), eventually going through the rest of the ranks until I moved into Division Command as a Division Officer (DO) being mentored by my Division Commander (DC) MaximusSC at the time. Maximus taught me quite a bit on the Division Command level which helped me eventually become the Division Commander (DC) of Overwatch. After approximately six months, I got pretty burnt out on Overwatch and decided I'd like to try and contribute in another way to the community by helping former News DC Albenji with the monthly Newsletter for TAW. Unfortunately, after a short time there I had to request a discharge due to personal reasons mainly consisting of time constraints. I recently requested reinstatement into Star Wars Battlefront 2 for it's release next month, a few weeks later the position for PIA had become available in Vanguard in which I was offered and gladly accepted to help out the staff here.

I mainly accepted the role here because I enjoy publishing post, helping teams in Vanguard and jumping around to multiple games as I play quite a few and tend to bounce around different genres.
