New PIA Addition to Vanguard

Vanguard is please to announce we have filled the PIA position, please join us in welcoming Goopy to VG Staff. Goopy has worked in several areas of leadership, with his positive energy and hard work he is a great asset to the Vanguard team. He's worked as a shoutcaster and streamer on TAWtv, covering mainly Overwatch events. He's worked for a long period as an HDI, as well as SO and XO. Welcome to the team "Gumpy" I know you'll serve us well.
