War Thunder Inner Aces II TAW Wide Tournament

Do you have what it takes to be the best pilot in War Thunder? Are you ready to watch the flames of your targets plane become the flames of victory? Then sign up for War Thunder Divisions Second 1 v.s. 1 Tournament "Inner Aces II". Last tournament Trossan (now SnoopyTrossan) beat KalaniJ to claim the title of NA Ace and Deemzy beat out PWRR and Trossan to claim the title Ace of Aces. 

The tournament will be open to all of TAW. Members of TAW who are not in War Thunder Division please post your name and which Battalion would best be suited to your time zone. You will be slotted with everyone else in that Battalions bracket and must make the normal mandatory times or schedule your match to participate. War Thunder Staff may participate in this tournament.

(NA Battalion = Tues. 2000EST -5 GMT, Sun. 2000EST -5 GMT)

(EU Battalion = Wed.  2000GMT, Sun. 2000GMT)

The players who participate will be divided into brackets (using double random draw), one for each Battalion who participates. Bracket updates will be posted regularly during the tournament time. Brackets will be double elimination with a second comeback bracket to be filled in once the first round is over.

The aces for each Battalion will then face off in a battle of the aces to determine who our "Ace of Aces" is in War Thunder. 

Normal matches will be best out of 3 with a double shoot down counting as a null. For a player to achieve victory, the player must remain alive for 30 seconds after achieving the kill. This will be indicated by the ticket counter reaching zero on the opposing team and being forced to the score page. The battle sky will be Airfield Domination Stalingrad with the objectives ignored and the time limit set to 10 min. In the case of time running out without a shoot down occurring, each player will be judged by the end of game score to encourage aggressiveness. One staff or officer member per game will be necessary. 

The following custom game setting will be utilized for each match:

The planes will be set to any country with a maximum of tier 3 planes. Any Tier 3 plane will be accepted with any load out, including premium planes. No battle rating limit. Chance it with a bomber and counter it with rockets, the strategy of each map will be dictated by the players.

The "Inner Aces II" Tournament will start on Sunday 01Jun14 @1500EST (-5 GMT). 

Prizes will be awarded for the winners.

The tournament will last for 4 weeks and end on 01Jul14. 

Once again, players who wish to participate can post on the War Thunder Inner Aces II TAW Wide Tournament Forum Post  and will be bracketed. This tournament will be double elimination. Matches can be supervised by anyone who holds a position within TAW Warthunder. Results should be emailed to KalaniJ@taw.net. Replays should be emailed to jdnole@taw.net for Social Media purposes. By entering the tournament you consent to releasing game play footage for social media and advertisement purposes relating to TAW.
