Now that the transition to the new site has been completed it is time
for us all to regain focus on growing our units, growing our community.
Beginning the first day of October we are launching the 2011 TAW Wide
Recruiting Challenge open to all members of TAW. As I've said before one
of the greatest contributions you can make to your team is to recruit
new members to it. Do you have what it takes to out recruit everyone
else in TAW? Prove it!
During the months of October and November recruit, recruit and recruit
some more. The CoC will track and give you credit for any recruit that
uses your name in their application and makes it through the
onboarding process. At the end of November Saturday the 22nd Corps
Commanders will collect the results from each Division Commander and
report them to the Army Commander. The member with the highest total
count of recruits will be awarded the 2011 TAW Wide Recruiting Challenge
Winner tab. This tab will only be awarded once in the history of TAW
and to only one person. The second and third place members will also be
acknowledged with a commendation to their dossiers by the CIC.
